Information we collect - **Support requests.** When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, your HubSpot account ID if you share it, and the contents of your message. - **Marketplace information.** When you install or buy a Theme, HubSpot may share limited details with us as the provider, such as your name, email address, company, HubSpot account ID and the Theme installed. Payment details are processed by HubSpot; we do not receive your card information. - **Website usage.** When you visit our demo or documentation pages, our site (hosted on HubSpot) may use cookies and similar technologies to record pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location and referring pages. Where required, we ask for your consent through the cookie banner. - **Forms on demo pages.** If you submit a form on a demo page, the details you enter are stored in our HubSpot account. Our Themes themselves do not collect personal information for us. Any forms or analytics on your own website run in your HubSpot account and are under your control. ## 2. How we use information - To respond to support requests and provide the support described in our [Terms of Service](https://themes.takshvi.agency/terms?hsLang=en) - To manage Theme installations, updates and our relationship with customers - To improve our Themes, documentation and website - To send service messages about a Theme you use, such as important updates; we only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time - To meet legal obligations and protect our rights ## 3. Legal bases Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply, we process personal information to perform our agreement with you (support and updates), on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, with your consent (for example, non-essential cookies and marketing emails), or to comply with the law. ## 4. Sharing We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as HubSpot (website hosting, CRM, email and forms) and our email provider, with HubSpot as the marketplace operator, or when required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Some of them store data outside your country, including in the United States. ## 5. Retention We keep support correspondence and customer records for as long as you use our Themes and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up questions and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them. ## 6. Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Security We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and rely on HubSpot's security for data stored in our HubSpot account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. ## 8. Children Our Themes and website are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
